This year's bakeart Christmas cake is exactly what a good Christmas cake is - dry fruits bound by very little flour. The cake is made with fourteen different dry fruits including almond meal, cashewnuts , mangoes , kiwis , strawberry, apricot, prune, cranberry, raisins , sultanas, oranges, cherries, pineapple, pecans and orange peels ! 

The cake is soaked and flavoured with a premium  whiskey and  dark rum. The spice mix for the cake contains organic cinnamon , nutmeg, cloves, ginger and star anise.

Ingredients: Organic sorghum, tapioca, arrowroot, organic cane sugar, almond meal, vegetable oil, aluminium free baking powder, orange and lemon peels, almond meal, cashewnuts , mangoes , kiwis , strawberry, apricot, prune, cranberry, raisins , sultanas, oranges, cherries, pineapple, ginger, star anise nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, dark rum, whiskey, pecans, flax seeds.

Storage and handling: The product should be stored airtight in a cool, dark place. It may be refrigerated to improve shelf life. If consuming a refrigerated cake please microwave on high for up to 30 seconds.
