Gluten free Mango cheesecake (1 kg.)


Product information: A cheesecake to celebrate the mango season! The base of this cheesecake is an organic home-made gluten-free cookie base  made with organic sorghum, tapioca, arrowroot, organic cane sugar and aluminium free baking powder. The mango cheesecake is made with seasonal organic mangoes (fresh when in season or homefrozen without any preservation), coconut milk, agar, cashews and organic cane sugar. The cheesecake is topped with a layer of organic mango puree gelled with agar, sweetened with organic cane sugar and livened up with a touch of organic lemon juice.  

Please note : we do not have a Gluten-free kitchen facility. 

Ingredients: organic sorghum, arrowroot, tapioca, organic cane  sugar, plant milk, baking soda, aluminium free baking powder, organic mangoes, coconut milk, cashews (not organic), agar, corn starch, organic rock salt, non dairy whipped cream and Belgian chocolate used for accenting.  

Brand promise: We ensure hygienic processing of all our food products which are freshly made to order. We do not pre-process and store food and we do not use any chemical additives and preservatives in any of our food. All our food is cruelty-free and vegan.

Storage and handling: The product should be kept frozen and thawed for 15-20 minutes or until soft before serving. 


Shelf Life: to be consumed within 5 days. The cheesecake may be frozen for a longer shelf life.
