Gluten free Belgian chocolate and orange cake - 700-800 grams

Product information: Two layers of gluten free chocolate sponge, layered with homemade organic orange marmalade flavoured non dairy whipping cream, covered with Belgian chocolate ganache; accented with non dairy whipped cream piping and fresh organic orange segments when in season. 

Uses a homemade organic gluten free flour blend free of xantham or other binders,  organic cane sugar, aluminum free baking powder, home-made organic orange marmalade and is completely preservation free and baked from scratch to order. 

Please note : we do not have a gluten free kitchen facility. 

Ingredients: organic sorghum, arrowroot, tapioca, organic cane sugar, Callebaut dark chocolate, Rich whipping cream, aluminum free baking powder, baking soda, oil, cocoa powder, organic rock salt, homemade organic orange marmalade.

Storage and handling: Cakes should be consumed immediately or within 3 days from purchase if refrigerated.

Shelf Life: For immediate consumption and no more than 3 days if refrigerated.
