Product information:A three layer vegan and organic gluten free chocolate sponge, filled in with home made vegan salted caramel flavored non-dairy whipping cream and home made almond praline. The cake is covered with Belgian chocolate.
The cake is made with a home made gluten flour mixture and does not use any xantham gum, agar or any other binding agent.
Please note : we don't have a Gluten-free kitchen facility.
Ingredients: organic sorghum, tapioca, arrowroot, organic cane sugar, Callebaut dark chocolate, Rich whipping cream, almond/soy milk, baking powder , baking soda, vegetable oil, organic rock salt, vinegar, vanilla, almonds.
