Product information: A vegan cake, baked with organic flours, no oil,  no sugar, organic strawberries, aluminium free baking powder, layered with organic strawberries and frosted with minimum strawberry flavoured non dairy whipped cream . The cake is sweetened with handpounded dates. 

Ingredients: organic wheat, hand pounded dates, Rich whipping cream, almond/soy milk, baking powder , baking soda, home frozen organic strawberry, home made organic strawberry preserve.

Storage and handling: Cakes should be consumed immediately or within 3 days from purchase if refrigerated.
