Three layers of organic whole-wheat chocolate cake, filled with homemade vegan strawberry icecream and frosted with vanilla flavoured non-dairy whipped cream. The cake is hand-painted , accented with vegan fondant and wafer paper and homemade vegan icecream cones. 

Organic ingredients, uses organic cane sugar, aluminium free baking powder and is completely preservatives free. 

Ingredients: organic wheat, organic cane sugar, Rich whipping cream, almond/soy milk, baking powder , baking soda, coconut cream, oil, organic strawberries, vegetable oil, cashews, cornstarch/arrowroot.

Storage and handling: Cakes should be consumed immediately or within 3 days from purchase if refrigerated. Ice cream cakes should be stored frozen and thawed in the refrigerator at least 60-120 minutes prior to consumption. 

Shelf Life: For immediate consumption and no more than 3 days if refrigerated.
