Carrot cake - gluten free with raisins.

Product information: Organic rice, sorghum, tapioca, cornflour, cane sugar, organic carrots, and a blend of nutmeg, raisins and cinnamon lend this simple carrot cake a lovely flavor. The cake is topped with caramel and homemade nut praline.
