Product information: vegan and organic , three layers of chocolate sponge, layered with Belgian chocolate ice cream, chocolate chips and vegan caramel, all covered with Belgian chocolate ganache, accented with wafer paper and handpainted !

Fun fact : the Bakeart Belgian chocolate vegan ice cream is made using callebaut dark callets. The taste is unbelievable!

Ingredients: organic wheat, organic cane sugar, almond/soy milk, baking powder , baking soda, coconut cream, oil, Callebaut dark, cashew nuts, cornstarch/arrowroot.

Storage and handling: Cakes should be consumed immediately or within 3 days from purchase if refrigerated. Ice cream cakes should be stored frozen and thawed in the refrigerator at least 60-120 minutes prior to consumption. 

Shelf Life: For immediate consumption and no more than 3 days if refrigerated.
