This is a vegan and organic whole-wheat chocolate tart shell made with Callebaut cocoa. The Orange curd is made with cashews, coconut milk, fresh organic oranges and agar. No starches are used in this dessert. The curd is flavoured mildly with Cointreau which gives it depth of flavour and a mild boozy kick. The tart is finally accented with Callebaut chocolate ganache.
