Belgian chocolate and orange cake - 2kg. (Wafer paper)

Product information: Two layers of chocolate cake, filled with home made organic orange marmalade flavoured non dairy whipped cream,and covered with Belgian chocolate ganache. This cake is handpainted and accented with printed wafer paper flowers.

As always completely vegan, uses organic ingredients where possible, refined sugar free, refined flour free  and uses aluminum free baking powder. 

Fun fact : the chocolate used at Bakeart is a Belgian brand called Callebaut. We do not work with any chocolate compounds but only with dark callebaut callets. The Belgian chocolate cake is truly Belgian ! 

Ingredients: Organic whole-wheat flour, cocoa powder, organic cane sugar, vegetable oil, baking soda, aluminum free baking powder, Callebaut dark chocolate, home made organic orange marmalade, wafer paper.
