Product information: A vegan banana and chocolate cake, filled and frosted with vegan caramel flavored non dairy frosting. The cake is accented with vegan fondant and wafer paper. All colors used are also vegan. The cake is covered with Belgian chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: organic wheat, organic cane sugar, home-made vegan caramel, bananas, cocoa powder, Rich whipping cream, almond/soy milk, baking powder , baking soda, vegetable oil, Callebaut dark chocolate and coconut cream.
